Tenders are invited for Acquisition and Supply of Post-Harvest Equipment provide post-harvest equipment: 07 Combine Harvesters, 40 Motorized Harvesters, 50 Tippers, 65 Motorcycle Tricycles, 70 Corn Shellers, 35 Cereal Mills, 45 Peanut Shellers, 45 Rice Shellers, 400,000  Provision Bags, 45 Manual Bag Sewing Machine, 45 Peanut Press, 230 Drying Tarps for a delivery time of two (02) months. 3. The Procurement will be conducted by International Call for Tenders (ICB) as defined in the standard tender file for the Acquisition of Goods financed by the Islamic Development Bank April 2019 Edition (the “Guidelines”) , prospective candidates are also invited to read clauses 1.18 to 1.21 of these Guidelines concerning the IDB rules relating to conflicts of interest and open to all bidders from countries eligible for Contracts financed by the IDB. 4. Eligible and interested bidders can obtain information from the Project Management Unit and read the Invitation to Tender document at the Project headquarters at the following address: Gaoual-Koundara-Mali Integrated Rural Development Project ( PDRI-GKM) in Coléah - Lansébougny (+224 621 75 75 55) between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. GMT from Monday to Friday. 6. Interested bidders can obtain the complete Invitation to Tender documents in French at the Project headquarters against a non-refundable payment of One Million Five Hundred Thousand (1,500,000) Guinean Francs distributed as follows: · 30% of the amount will be paid into the account of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP) opened at BCRG under number: 2011000307; · 50% of the amount will be paid into the account of the Central Receiver of the Public Treasury opened at BCRG under number: 4111071 and · 20% to the account of the Gaoual-Koundara-Mali Integrated Rural Development Project payable in cash. The tender dossier will be sent by Email and Paper Version. 7. Bids must be submitted Gaoual-Koundara-Mali Integrated Rural Development Project, located in Coléah - Lansébougny, city of Conakry no later than To be specified after the Lessor's ANO 2023 (December 10, 2023) at 10 a.m. Electronic submission of Bids will not be permitted and late Bids will not be accepted. The opening of bids will take place on the same day to be specified after the Lessor's ANO 2023 (December 10, 2023) at 11 a.m. in the presence of representatives of the bidders in the Project conference room. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in an amount equivalent to Three Hundred Million (300,000,000) Guinean francs.
