- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Laboratory Equipment for 1 Cesfarh, Hp Les Flamboyants, 5 Hp, 5 Csa, 1 Cnts and 4 Crts. The Final Destination of this Equipment will be the following Sites: O Five (5) Prefectural Hospitals Located in the Regions of Boké, Kindia, Faranah and N'zéRéKoré, outside Conakry the Capital; O Five (5) Improved Health Centers, in the Regions of Boké, N'zéRéKoré, Faranah, Mamou and Labé outside of Conakry; O Nineteen (19) Structures, in the Eight Provinces, Scattered Throughout the National Territory, for Emergency Services; O Fifteen (15) Hospitals and Cmcs in the Interior of the Country and in the Capital, for Comprehensive Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care Kits (Sonuc); O One Hundred Seventy-Four (174) Health Centers Scattered Throughout the National Territory, for Basic Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care Kits (Sonub) O One (1) National Blood Transfusion Center (Cnts) Located in Conakry and Four (4) Regional Blood Transfusion Centers (Crts) Located in the Provinces. O 1 National Center for Family Health and Human Reproduction (Cesfarh) in Conakry. O 1 Hp the Flamboyants in Conakry. For each lot, the offers must be accompanied by an offer guarantee for the amounts defined below: 530,000,000 GNF Interested and eligible Bidders may obtain information at the address below and view the Tender documents during Guinean civil service working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. GMT: The Tender Dossier written in French can be purchased and collected by any interested Bidder who has presented payment receipts to the National Coordination of the Post-Ebola Health Sector Support Project (PASSPE) against payment non-refundable amount of Five Million Guinean Francs (5,000,000 GNF) according to the following terms: 50% to account No. 41 110 71 "Central Treasury Receiver"; 30% to ARMP account No. 2011 000 407 opened at the BCRG; 20% to PMU account N°001-324-251105-32652-000 opened at BIsG. Tenders must be delivered to the address below no later than February 23, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. Electronic submission of bids is not permitted. Any tender arriving after the deadline date and time for submission of tenders will be discarded. The tenders will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the tenderers and the members of the Evaluation Commission under the chairmanship of the Person Responsible for Public Contracts of the Ministry of Health, on February 20, 2023 at 11:00 am .
