Description:
The services provided for this contract relate to the development of a communication and visibility plan of the project highlighting the financial support of the various donors, the exhaustive quantitative framework and the terms of references which will be used for 'DDP development for the recruitment of a communication agency capable of implementing the activities provided in the communication and visibility plan. Specifically, it will be: (i) to make an inventory and an analysis of the situation; (ii) Define the objectives of communication in connection with the objectives of the project; (iii) develop relevant key messages; (iv) Define the target groups; (v) Choose the communication channels adapted to each target group; (VI) Establish a calendar of communication activities in relation to the different components of the project; (VII) specify the necessary budget for the implementation of this communication plan; (VIII) Propose indicators to monitor and assess the success and scope of communication and visibility activities; (ix) propose the means of verification of the indicators; (x) Propose measurements of ...
