- The objective of this mission is to strengthen the theoretical and practical knowledge of the ARMP technical services for the processing of files on the accounting, financial, legal, passing and regulatory aspects from the stage of identification of the project until 'At the end of the contract. The consultant will play a key role in terms of technical assistance with the authority of public marches (ARMP), in order to strengthen his powers in the accomplishment of his mandate.
