Tenders are invited for Ami - Guinea - Environmental and Social Audit of the Lola-N'zoo-Ivory Border Road Construction and Asphalting Project The services provided for under this contract relate to the assessment of the level of compliance of the project with the applicable environmental and social requirements, in particular: i. Assess the degree of compliance with the provisions of the financing agreement including national laws, regulations and procedures, the Bank's environmental and social requirements and the Good International Industry Practices (GIIP) of the project sector; ii. Check the environmental and social compliance of sites, including the production of reports with contractual provisions, national regulations and the environmental and social requirements of the AfDB; iii. Identify and analyze, where applicable, the causes that led to environmental and social non-compliance and to determine whether these are systemic causes; and iv. Propose corrective measures for these environmental and social nonconformities, and measures to prevent the appearance of similar nonconformities in the future (in terms of procedures, safeguard instruments, contracts, capacities, etc.); v.
