- Expression of Interest are invited for Communication firms (the Consultant) IFC is soliciting expressions of interest (EOI) from Communication firms (the Consultant). The ideal candidate would have extensive experience in mass communication strategy, including stakeholder mapping, crisis management and mass communication campaigns in support of public sector reforms programs or privatizations in West Africa in particular. The Consultant will support IFC in the implementation of the Project in 2 phases: phase 1 would cover due diligence and structuring as well as the prequalification of investors and phase 2 will involve the tender of the transaction, competitive dialog up to closing of the transaction.
