As part of the preparation of your submission, you will be responsible for ensuring that youIt will reach the above address no later than the deadline. Submissions that will be received by UNDP after the above-mentioned deadline for any reason whatsoever will not be considered. The proposed services will be reviewed and evaluated based on completeness and compliance of the submission and compliancerequirements set out in the RFP and in all other annexes providing details of UNDP requirements. The bid that meets all the requirements, satisfies all the evaluation criteria and has the best quality / price ratio will be selected for the award of the contract. Any offer that does not meet the requirementses will be rejected. Any difference between the unit price and the total price will be recalculated by UNDP. The unit price will prevail and the total price will be corrected. If the service provider does not accept the final price based on recalculation and corrections made by UNDP, its bid will be rejected. No change in the price resulting from theIncreased costs, inflation, currency fluctuation, or other market factors will not be accepted by UNDP upon receipt of the bid. When awarding the contract or purchaseorder, UNDP reserves the right to modify (upwards or downwards) the quantity of services and / or goods, up to a maximum of twenty-five per cent.one...
