• Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Guides and Multi-Subject Activity Books for Teachers and Students Phase 2 Interested candidates can obtain information from the Person Responsible for Procurement of the Ministry of Pre-University Education and Literacy, Mr. Mamadou DIAWARA, Telephone 622 670 521, Email: salematoudiawara2010@gmail .com and take note of the Call for Tenders documents at the address mentioned below Immeuble MEPUA, located in the Commune of Kaloum in Conakry 3rd floor every working day from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. of qualification are: ü Financial capacity: The Candidate must provide written proof that he meets the following requirements: - Financial statements: provide an extract of the financial statements for the last three (03) financial years (2019-2020-2021), certified by a firm of chartered accountants or approved auditors in the candidate's country. - Financial capacity and line of credit: Provide a certificate of financial capacity issued by a reputable bank, demonstrating the candidate's solvency to pre-finance the contract up to 960,000,000 GNF for lot 1 and 2,240,000,000 GNF for lot 1. lot 2 (line of credit or promise of credit facility). ü Technical capacity and experience: The Candidate must prove, with supporting documentation, that it meets the technical capacity requirements below: - Be a company whose main activity is book publishing or which has been operating in the book sector for at least two (2) years; - Be in operation in book publishing for at least two (02) years; - Have published and/or performed at least two (02) titles over the last five (05) years. - Have a Copyright or transfer right from the publisher owner or partner of the rights for the 2 lots at the time of execution; ü Professional and administrative capacity: • Be regularly registered in the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register • Be in good standing with tax and social institutions • Have an identifiable fixed registered office 7. Tenders must include a regulation fee of 0.6% of the amount excluding tax of the contract to be paid into ARMP's account in accordance with the provisions of decree D/2020/154/PRG/SGG of July 10, 2020 on the powers, organization and operation of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP) and joint decree A/2304/MEF/MB/SGG of August 07, 2020 on the terms of payment of the regulatory fee and the share of revenue from sale (or sale price) of tender documents.
