Description:
Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Computer Kits in Two (2) Lots for the 356 Local Authorities (Lc) Covered by Anafic for the Use of the Integrated Financial Information Management System (Sigif) Software. Tenders must be submitted to the above address no later than Thursday, May 04, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Guinean time. The Bids must include a Bid guarantee per lot for amounts respectively in GNF or equivalent in freely convertible foreign currency (Euro, USD, FCFA, etc.) including: Lot No. 1: 110,360,000 GNF or equivalent ; Lot N°2: 30,000,000 GNF or equivalent. 8. The Bids will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the Bidders who so wish in the conference room of the General Management of the National Agency for the Financing of Local Authorities (ANAFIC), located in the Ratoma district at the entrance of Hotel Mariador Palace -Conakry-Republic of Guinea, Tel: +224 629 00 85 49/ 629 00 85 30, Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. 9. The qualification requirements are: v Have a certified average turnover for the last three (3) years at least equal to the amount of its offer for each lot; v Have carried out as main company, subsidiary or approved agency at least three (3) similar contracts in nature and in volume during the last five (5) years. To this end, attach to his offer the list of executed contracts and a copy of any proof (certificate of proper execution or acceptance report) showing that he has executed the said contracts; v The Bidder must provide written proof that the supplies it offers meet the condition(s) of use specified in Section VII “Quantity Schedules, Delivery Schedule and Technical Specifications”; v The supplier must provide written proof of the existence in Guinea of an after-sales service (SAV) provided by an equipped and competent maintenance or repair workshop.
